Its time to PLAN!

Here are some tip on how to create the perfect wedding list!

BUT first … it is important to know that you will not be able to invite everybody to your wedding that you wish. Set limits and stick to them!

Now.

NUMBERS. Setting an exact number of people to invite to your wedding may be the hardest part! Brides must keep in mind the reception size as well as the budget for food. After that choose a number should be rather easy. Separating number between family is when it can get a little tricky. If you are only inviting 200 people to your wedding, half of that will go to the Groom’s family. When dealing with “numbers” it is hard to keep everybody happy. remember to always stick to your budget!

Kids. Make the decision early if you want kids to attend your wedding.

CUT THEM. Now that you have a number, who should you invite? I’ve found a graph that narrows it all down.
If it says to cut them, Cut them!

Tips. Now that you have your list everything else should come easy.

1. Order. Make sure you stay organize. One way to do this is to create a chart of the guest that RSVP. Also remember that to keep track of your guest plus one’s.  If your “Computer Savvy” keeping track of your guest in an excel spreadsheet may be the best option for you.

2. Stress. Don’t let the pressure from others consume you. It a big day in your life so plan it the way you want.

3. Backup. Create an A and B list for those who can fill in the place of people who can not attend your wedding.

Happy Planning ! Don’t forget to Comment!
