Country Wedding | DIY Chalkboards, Wood Signs & A Family Tree Guest Book

Welcome to Tracy and Sean's beautiful wedding at Pine River Ranch in Leavenworth, Washington. I love all the beautiful DIY touches that Tracy and Sean had at their ceremony and reception, from wooden chalk boards inspired by teacher Tracy's students, to a unique "guest signing book" and yummy and cute homemade cookies inspired by their home states; not to mention the gorgeous florals from Flora D’ Amore!

I was lucky enough to connect with their talented photographer Phil from Stone Castle Photography to get my hands on these lovely pictures. This is from Stone Castle's "About me" page on their website: "My name is Phil Bentz. I take pictures by day, fight crime by night, and this is my blog. Ok, the second part was a lie, I don’t fight crime, but I do have a police scanner app on my iPhone." Sounds like someone I would love to have at my wedding day! :)

These two are just gorgeous! Sean and Tracey are avid mountain bikers so the county setting was perfect for their wedding day.

Pine River Ranch is a 22 acre property, which means there is PLENTY of locations for wedding portraits! We love this shot of Sean and Tracy with the barn in the background.

All different kinds of beautiful and different grass fields and trees on our property!

I love the DIY chalkboard sign that Sean and Tracy used to welcome their guest to the wedding ceremony was inspired by Tracey's students.

Guests knew exactly which way to go when they arrived at the wedding site. They could participate in lawn games before the ceremony and during a cocktail hour (or "happy hour" as they called it!) The directions on the bottom let guests know how far they had traveled from their hometown. Tracy is from Everett, Washington and Sean is from Katy, Texas, 2,315 miles away!

Another one of the great ideas Sean and Tracy had was a "family tree" for a unique guest signing book. It left the newlyweds with a great piece of art for their home.

 This shot is absolutely adorable!

I think they were happy to be announced as Mr. & Mrs.

Sean and Tracy had adorable "State Cookies" to represent their hometowns in Everett, Washington and Katy, Texas. I loved the rustic table centerpieces too with blue mason jars and wood slabs.

They used a clothesline and clothespins to display their seating cards for guests.

Thank you so much to Sean and Tracy for choosing us to spend your big day with. We are truly happy for you two and wish you the best.
