Christmas Holiday Bridal Show Extravaganza - It was a great show!

The Christmas Holiday Bridal Show Extravaganza
A Winter Wonderland – Expect an Experience

(Singing) Sleigh bells rang, were you listening, in the land snow is glistening. A beautiful sight, brides were happy that night, walking in a winter wonderland.
Well, Platinum Weddings & Events pulled it off again. The Christmas Holiday Bridal Show Extravaganza was a huge success. Brides and grooms-to-be filled the Crowne Plaza ballroom on a snow flurry winter day to see the greatest show on earth.
Brides with their grooms on their arms were serenaded as they strolled through the room stopping at each vendor’s booth, by the Idalia String Quartet. What beautiful music those violins made. It was music to your ears.
Many of the couple got to strike their pose in the photo booth supplied by vendor Extreme Event Design. Stephen Lynch was on the spot to assist them with any and all of their questions about how they can have the booth at their wedding reception. What entertainment it would be for their guests.
Our spotlight vendor, Artisan Elite Studios didn’t miss a beat either. Bridget Baker made sure her team was prepared to handle any of the bride’s needs. Artisan’s booth was decorated with a beautiful wedding gown and tuxedo on display as well as a beautiful table setting with a fuchsia and turquoise color scheme. How awesome.
Photographs surrounded the ballroom and had the couple intrigued to see all of the different styles that the different photographers offered. Amy Aragon of Aragon Photography made her way around the room taking snapshots of all the participants and the attendees at the show. She did a grand job as the bridal show photographer. Credit also was due to Stacie Hart of Stacie Hart Photography, Catherine and Mike Warren of In the Moment Photography, and Randall Granier of Randall Granier Photography. You can see Randall’s work at the upcoming bridal show in June. He will be the photographer for this event.
All the oohs and ahs from the audience who were in awe by the beautiful, convertible wedding dresses in our New York style runway fashion show. Models graced the runway in one-of-a-kind designer gowns that converted from long to short. These gowns were designed by Annette Thurmon of Chaviano Couture and they were phenomenal. How amazing awesome these dress were. Special thanks to Kori Smith of SKS Styles who produced and directed this fashion show. Kori is also a master cosmetologist and makeup artist.
Some of the other participating vendors that should be applauded as well are The Waterstone Conservatory. Joanne Tubo and Jackie were on board to show brides how they can have a beautiful wedding at their new venue. And I can tell you firsthand what a beautiful venue it is. It had a kind of rustic feeling to it and it is beautiful. Keara Murphy was there with her Mary Kay products willing to make any bride beautiful. We had Sea Palms Resort of St Simmons Island on board who gave away a wonderful three day trip to the resort. Some other vendors were Brides Atlanta, The Wedding Box, American Laser Centers, Simplicity Gourmet, Body by Vi, James Futch Video, our commentator and dj for the show Nettie Harris of Rio Sound Works, Pelo Couture, who had a beautiful display of custom made head pieces, Beautiful Beginnings by Tarri, Jackie Leiby of Magnum Company who supplied all of the decorations for the bridal show, Alvaton Banquet Hall, Floral Couture of Atlanta, Hayes Cook of My Bridal Buzz was on the scene with a great website for brides to go to for their wedding planning needs, and last and most importantly, Rosner Travel. Thanks to Marsha of Rosner Travel who supplied our honeymoon giveaway to the beautiful four- star resort, Iberostar Paraiso Beach Hotel in Cancun/Riviera Maya, Mexico.
