Cheap has become a dirty word, and I don't think it is what people really mean when they say it. I believe what people are trying to say is that they want the best results for the best price. Nowhere is this more true than in wedding photography. By the time that most people get to their wedding photography they are already invested for thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars. I understand that weddings have a huge financial burden. So yes, I see why people are looking for a "cheap wedding photographer".
I don't consider myself cheap, but my pricing isn't boutique either. My pricing is where it needs to be to remain competitive and allow me to stay in business.
So the question is why are you getting when you hire a cheap photographer? A cheap photographer is typically someone who hasn't been in the industry very long. They don't have enough equipment to complete the job, but not enough to create amazing results. They typically don't carry insurance and aren't operating as a business, just because someone has a website does not mean they have a legal business.
With that being said, am I cheap? No. I do however take each clients budget into consideration. If you want to know what I can do for you all you have to do is ask. I am more than willing to hear anyone out. If it doesn't work than it doesn't work, but we can say we tried. Feel free to reach out to me with your budget and questions so we can start telling your story right away.
