You can get a 761-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a balcony at 505 West 37th Street, at the corner of 10th Avenue. (Plus the renter gets to live rent-free for two months.) The apartment, #3202, has floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings and modern appliances. The building has a 24-hour concierge, fitness center and two roof decks.
