Alternative Hen Parties for Chic Hens

The ruby+diva team were in Brighton on Sunday for the Vintage Wedding Fair. Another wonderful event where we met lots of excited brides and creative designers including a very interesting new stag and hen company which we hope to share with you in the next few weeks!

Now I love Brighton but it’s a rarity that you visit and don’t bump into a group of young ladies dressed in willy head-boppers and plastered in ‘L’ plates. It’s a fun town, buzzy with lots of bars and everything is within walking distance so it’s perfect for the traditional stag and hen pub crawl.

But then recently I saw this photo of Martine McCutcheon and her best pals in Paris and I thought, this really must be the benchmark for a chic hen! Martine really knows how to do it in style!

The ruby+diva ‘Chic Hen’ section is all about sourcing those stylish and alternative activities which you can do alone or add on to a more traditional booze-athon.

I’ve selected a few for you here under different themes so you can pick and choose what’s best for you!

Just be thankful that we are lovely ladies and have manners, grace and ahem…a refined sense of humour.

We are not like the boys who fly the groom, their bestest friend ever, to Spain and handcuff him for 24 hours to a little person, painted blue and dressed as a smurf. *Sigh*

Political correctness just flew totally out of the window and down the street!

And on that note I will leave you!

Have a lovely week everyone,

Sara
