Some may think all white weddings are a thing of the past, but I disagree.  An all white wedding brings class and elegance to the celebration. There is a clean look to having white to your left, to your right, up and down.  Kate Middleton was able to pull it off for her wedding.  She had her sister, Pippa Middleton, and the rest of the bridal party in white.  I think it takes a woman who has a lot of self confidence to pull this off, as not many women will feel comfortable sharing the spotlight with others in white.  To remain the "bride" throughout the evening, you have to select a dress that is more special.  Your dress might have an embellished bodice or a beaded sash.

We all know brides look great in white, but few realize that bridal parties look great in white too. I do not think it is a good idea to have guests dress in all white.  You risk things like a guests not participating in the dress code and pictures not coming out how you've imagined.  There is also the chance that a guest could upstage the bride and bridal party.  An all white wedding can be done at any venue and at anytime of the year.  Here is some inspiration to get you started on dresses, decor, centerpieces, favors, flowers and the wedding cake.
