Alaya Furniturewalla is a true fashion maverick that inspires both the Gen-Z and the millennials. With Christmas just around the corner, everyone's colour mood board has shifted to red. But not for Alaya. Making a case in black for her recent fashion outing, the actress demonstrated an eccentric fusion of saree and gown weaved together. She picked out the charcoal black organza  saree ensemble from the shelves of fashion label Ekaya Banaras. The asymmetrical, one-shoulder drape featured a see-through fabric, encrusted with pearls along the bustier.

The body-hugging fit came with a black bralette underneath and a floor-grazing train in pleated waves. Stone-encrusted silver earrings, bangles, and rings gave a shiny twist to her contemporary-ethnic style quotient. A top-tied updo gave us a glimpse of her rosy-dewy makeup, matte pink lips, and fox-eye-inspired eye makeover.
