About Me

Born in Brantford, Ontario, (Canada) I fell in love with weddings when I was a little girl, I fell in love with planning over 7 years ago.

I started my career in Event Marketing and a few years later started my own Event Planning company and have been specializing in Weddings ever since. A few years ago, I made the jump and went back to Teachers College because it was an avenue that I had always aspired to, but had yet to conquer. This is where I met Mr. Right. (More on him later …this is about me!)

The next path of my life lead overseas where the 2 of us are currently teaching ESL to Middle Grade Students and doing our best to experience as much of Asia as possible in a year and a half.

It was here in South Korea that we got engaged and I entered a whole different world of Wedding Planning – my own.

And with the unique challenge of planning a wedding in the Toronto area, while living overseas I am both using my wedding planning experience and ignoring it completely in order to try to do things differently and in a way that really fits us as a couple.

While I do wear many different shoes (I prefer pretty shoes to hats) throughout my life, it’s this variety that keeps me inspired in every area. I plan Weddings because I love to, I teach kids because they challenge me and I live my life with the hope that I will get out of it, as much energy as I put into it.
