One of my all-time favorite Mazelmoments articles was just a few weeks ago, 5 Ways to Add Candy to Your Bat Mitzvah, Sweet 16 or Wedding!. Ah, Candy plus weddings — can you get any better than that so wholesome mix?

Candy is sweet, wonderful, gives you a great rush — and reminds all of us of our carefree days of our childhood. Who didn’t grow up eating tons of Twizzlers and M&M’s? I smile still to this day every time I think about it.

Some of us, savoring the sweetness of youth, want to integrate it into our wedding. Life is full of moments to remember the sour feeling of pain of adulthood.  So what better way to celebrate life than with the sugar high youthful memories of candy? Perhaps only topped by… ice cream!
