A Muppet-taional celebration of love, happiness and..well, Muppets? Sign me up!!
You can actually have your big day at the Jim Henson Studios! But there’s so much Hollywood history embedded in these walls. Besides the Jim Henson Company, the studio was actually the Charlie Chaplin studio, which he first had built in 1917. “The Great Dictator” was filmed here, then the “Perry Mason” series was filmed here, and of course, it was the home of our beloved Muppets!
The photo op potential is ridiculous. Get the friends and family to pose in front of the large Kermit or have a photo booth with Muppet style props. And to top it all off, the studio has a screening room for use. Get the classic Muppet show DVD’s and run those bad boys during the reception...FTW!
If you love the Muppets as much as I do and you love taking every opportunity to be a kid again, this venue may just be up your alley. Not to mention you get the walk the same walls as Jim Henson once did.
Oh, and if you haven’t seen the OK Go Version of the Muppet Show theme song…your welcome.
