The wedding business is booming at the Tribeca Rooftop, said Tracey Sarn, sales and event manager for the event space at 2 Desbrosses Street (see the slide show from Wedding-Scoops.com's recent tour of Tribeca Rooftop).

Tribeca Rooftop, between Hudson and Greenwich streets, has stiff competition from Bridgewaters, the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, Gotham Hall, the Angel Orensanz Foundation and Studio 450. Not all of them have caterers, and none of them has the rooftop, which boasts panoramic views of New York City and New Jersey from both floors. There are even heat lamps (included in the fee), which make the roof great for a ceremony or cocktails.

“The service [at Tribeca Rooftop] is fantastic. The food is above and beyond,” Sarn said. “We don’t nickel and dime you.
