I just received the July edition of BRIDES magazine in the mail, and as I flipped through quickly (who has time to read magazines, right?), I noticed on the last page a list of 25 surefire ways to de-stress. Perfect timing! Although aimed at frantic brides dealing with dozens of details, this list reminds us that we all need to take a stress break from time to time to recharge our batteries.
