12-12-12 Wedding - Never too early to book.

The selection of the appropriate date of your wedding is just as important as the location you select, the dining menu, music, minister, flowers, etc. The date is forever as it represents the moment two hearts became one.

In the past 11 years, people have selected popular dates where the month, day and year are all the same such as, most recently, November 11, 2011, or 11-11-11.

The next significant date that will not return any time soon, at least in our lifetimes, will be December 12, 2012, or rather...12/12/12. Although this falls on a Wednesday, it promises to be a very popular date to select for wedding ceremonies.

Secondly, the time of your wedding is just as important...having your ceremony at 12:00 noon makes it 12-12-12 at 12 (or even at 12:12pm).

If you decide to select this date, keep in mind that Ministers and Officiants across the country will be sought out, as was proven during the 11-11-11 date. Don't find yourself looking for someone to Minister your wedding at the last minute. I recommend that you select your Minister now, and secure the date so there is less worry.

Please keep in mind that Ministers will be committing to several events that day and will travel, so even if the date you consider is available, the times you select may cause conflict. Secure this time frame as well. Then you can rest assured that your Dream Wedding will happen WHEN YOU WANT.
