If you imagine a Coastal City, the first thought that comes to mind is probably cheesy resort hotels, over commercialization, and an over abundance of tourist. While St. Simons is a tourist destination, most of the inhabitants of the island are actually residents of St. Simons and nearby coastal Georgia.
