''EXTREME SERVICE"
The dictionary defines extreme as "the furthest or highest degree of something beyond a norm in actions".
and service is defined as "work done by one person or group that benefits another"
Our Services are defined by:
Arriving earlier than the standard 2 - 3 hours call time. The catering staff is selected for each event and all work well together as a team. The clients pick up on this and makes…

You might think that a DJ's place at a reception is always behind the table where his equipment is set up.
Most of the time, that's where the DJ should be.
But not ALL the time.
First, there is no way the DJ can ensure the music sounds just right -- not too loud and not too soft -- from behind his table. He needs to occasionally walk the room and check out the sound from where the guests are. Believe me, things sound much different in front of the speakers than…

I spent part of the day taking the fliers for the Wedding Open House to area businesses in Sheboygan Falls, Kohler, Plymouth and Manitowoc. Everywhere I went, everyone was so friendly and nice about putting the flyer in their business!
Tonight I have been working on my fee schedule to include with the letters to the brides on the Bridal Faire list that I received yesterday. It's the first time I have actually spent time actually figuring out what to charge for every little thing.…

Thanks for your patience while I was recovering from an unexpected c-section. I had a baby boy on November 22, 2009: Niall Patrick McCullough. He was 7 pounds, 3 ounces and 21 inches long. After a very long, grueling 6 weeks of recovery, I was finally able to start getting back to my normal life. It has now been 9 weeks and everything is going great. Niall is finally down to 1 feeding in the middle of the night, so I'm feeling a little more rested. I'll be trying to post something once per…

Wedding party – a necessary and fantastic part of any wedding. The attendenants are usually long time friends who consider their participation to be an honor. But in our ever increasingly mobile society many brides and grooms are finding themselves with at least one attendant who lives out of town.
There is nothing wrong with an out of town attendenant just be sure that you are clear on a few things. Be sure that this person is going to have the money to get to the event as…

The results of the fourth annual “What’s on Brides’ Minds” survey by David’s Bridal are in and show that because of the current economy, 68% of brides surveyed are planning to spend less on their wedding. However, just because brides are cutting costs doesn’t mean they are sacrificing style.
The survey shows that couples are prioritizing their spending in order to keep within their budgets. Respondents had different ways of saving money on the big day but of the 68% of brides who…
