In this mini-series called “Too Many Wedding To-Do’s”, I will outline a bit about each step in the Wedding To-Do List.

March 8--It’s always fun to see an actual celebrity marriage proposal, especially when it’s caught on tape. During the week leading up to Valentine’s Day, actress and talk show host Holly Robinson Peete, also recent host of the NAACP Image Awards, shared details of her marriage proposal from hubby and ex NFL player Rodney Peete. A: As a wedding planner, Day Of Coordination is by far my most popular package. A lot goes on behind the scenes at a wedding, and the last thing a bride wants…

March 7--For today's Coffee Break with Tracey & Shulie we're discussing engagement ultimatums! In other words, propose or hit the road. Personally I think they can be effective. Sometimes. However, I believe in giving myself the ultimatum. For example, "if this relationship doesn't progress by end of year then I'm moving on." When choosing a bridesmaid dress for your girls you may want to think outside the box a bit. Every bride wants to believe that she has picked a dress that “they could definitely wear again”, but be realistic. Most bridesmaid dresses will be pushed to the back of a dark closet or given to good will. To try and avoid this let your bridesmaids and wedding party have a hand in choosing their attire.
