So I decided to create a video.
Oh sure, what a breeze! I figured that people had seen enough "color inspiration boards." Why not create something different and fun! Alert the senses right!? Trends in Color Forecast 2010/2011 was born.
Phew! What a project...such a learning process. But that's ultimately what it turned out to be: a wonderful learning process. And I had to remind myself that a good part of the reason why I loved working for myself was for the expanse of…

People come to my website and say 'Your jewelry is really fantastic, but it's so expensive, you must make a great profit'. My answer to this is, 'No, but you're making a great investment'.
I only sell sterling silver and 18kt gold jewelry on my site. All of it is handcrafted and not manufactured. You are going to pay more for this, because the pieces are individual, made by an artisan, and not a machine. The other factor to consider is the rising cost of precious metals, ie..silver…

I've come to the conclusion that The Church of England and Amy Winehouse have a lot in common with one another - both have the potential to change the world, yet both are hell bent on destroying themselves.
Less than 12 months ago the Archbishop of Canterbury passed a new ruling called the "Marriage Measures" it was designed to bring Church Marriages into the 21st Centuries. In brief, the couple no longer had to show a direct connection with a specific church or parish. At last the…

Guest Who? Before you mail off your invitations, number the backs of the response cards and keep a master list. Sometimes guests will forget to write their names on the response cards. If they are pre-numbered you can compare the number on the back to the names on your master list and find out who the guest is.

Popping the big question to one’s beloved is nerve-racking at the best of times but doing it in a foreign country multiplies the anguish tenfold. A new service called Parisian Proposals, proposed by Chateau & Villa Weddings, a Destination Wedding Planner agency based in Paris, aims to take the stress out of the process by organizing the perfect Parisian marriage proposals.

Wedding Photography Style Guide
I always ask brides-to-be what style of wedding photography they are looking for? Quite often – it seems that there is some confusion. So I thought it would be timely to put together a simple guide to the different styles available to help you choose both the style of photography you would like – and also to choose your wedding photographer (a separate but related issue which will be discussed in more detail in a future…

We all know about the first dance. Some go the traditional way with a waltz, changing partners and dancing with the bridal party. Others go with a special song, some prepare a choreography, and some decide not to dance at all. But how about a last dance? You can finish with a romantic song (setting the mood, perhaps?) or one that makes your guests want to continue partying.
What do you think?

New Orleans, for many years has been a destination wedding city. With the unique architecture, sacred traditions and captivating culture, brides all over the world choose to get married in New Orleans.
