Cheese. I love the stuff. I would bathe in it if it wasn't such a waste of something that tasted sooooo good.
So you can imagine my dismay when attending weddings where the cheese platter is the last of a long line of food to be placed on the table.
A lot of couples forgo cheese platters…

Planning a wedding can be done in a few weeks or as long as a few years. The question to ask yourself if you are considering a short planning time is what you're willing to be flexible on. There are definitely vendors out there who can help you. You may be limited to the locations to hold the ceremony and/or reception, but there is no reason why you cannot have an elegant wedding even if the time to prepare it is under a year.
Some pros to planning a wedding within a few…

I am getting married next June and I am on a very small budget. I also need someone to coordinate my wedding but I do not have money in the budget to pay someone. I found this great website called areyougettingmarried.com and they offer catering and event planning as well as all the chair and linens, etc. all for a very small price per person. It is very helpful. I have a tasting with them on Saturday and I am sure it will be amazing.

I was recently avoiding my work projects and watching some TV when a preview came on for the new Sherlock Holmes movie. While I had no idea before this that a Holmes movie was in production, what surprised me the most happened toward the ending of the clip.
During the most explosive portion of the preview, lead typeface letters like the ones traditionally used for letterpress printing flashed onto the screen. They appeared in succession, eventually spelling out the title of the…

Your wedding invitation is truly a one-of-a-kind remembrance of your special day since it provides a record of some of the most important details. It is always recommended that a few extra invitations be ordered to save as souvenirs of your wedding, but chances are they will be placed in your wedding album and eventually packed away.
Why not create a memento of your wedding invitation that is more permanent and can be easily displayed in your home as a special remembrance. Especially…

Candy bars/stations are great for adding fun and color to your wedding decor and atmosphere. These stations are filled with all types of the bride and groom's favorite candies. Guests come and go as they please as they fill their candy cones with tons of yummies! Coming back for refills is also a nice option for them too! As they experience this fun candy table they can also enjoy the fun messages or personalized monograms that embellish the paper cones.
You can also use these cones…

The difference between a "having a wedding" and "getting married" is as different as chalk and a well aged

Getting married, in the legal sense can be much like renewing your registration at the RTA.…

I'm a Va Beach based wedding & event photographer and I absolutely love photographing people.
Today I shot a wedding and both the bride & groom had the best senses of humor anyone could
hope for. The wedding was held at Grand Affairs in Va Beach, which is a nice venue but has very
few windows. Natural light is minimal. So I was thrilled when the B&G suggested going in the limo
to Town Center to take a few pics in front of the huge Christmas tree. Did I mention…
