Well, since my last post I went on vacation for a week in Myrtle Beach. I took some of my own foods to help me with my healthy eating.  I had lost 9 lbs at the time my vacation started.  I could have been better with my eating on vacation but then again I have been much, much worse.  When I came home I had gained 8 lbs back in one week.  Now, Iknew some of that would come off pretty quick due to water weight from higher
