I am the Catering Manager and Wedding Coordinator for Capistrano's Restaurant & Catering, located inside the Embassy Suites at 1325 E Dyer Road, Santa Ana, CA 92705. We offer a lovely indoor gazebo for wedding ceremonies up to 130 people. It's surrounded by lush greens, flowing waterfalls and koi ponds. Our newly renovated ballroom can accomodate up to 300 people for wedding receptions, social functions, and everything else.
