Interviewing a Wedding Officiant? - Bring Lots of Questions!

I recently had a meeting with a couple who were searching for the right wedding officiant. I was impressed.

Never having been married before, they brought a list of questions that helped both of us to get to know each other better. They interviewed me, not the other way around. Tie Up Your Loose Ends Before You Tie The Knot

What are "loose ends," you say?

You can have your ceremony when and where you want,  on the beach, in the park, your own garden or in your favourite restaurant.

Most people use the "word of mouth" routine, talking to their family and friends, and just using who they used at their last event. But what is the fun in that, if your wedding is just like your best friend's? On top of it, it is important to make sure you are getting the best service you could possibly get especially because your wedding…

Unique Chuppahs

Chuppahs are traditionally part of Jewish wedding ceremonies, symbolizing the openness of the couple's home.  But "chuppah" literally means canopy and can be a beautiful focal point for any type of wedding ceremony.  Creating a chuppah simply requires four poles and a cloth covering on top.  But, today, chuppahs are often elaborately decorated to provide the primary decor for the ceremony.  I came across these gorgeous, unique chuppahs that are great inspiration for designing a canopy for your… Continue
