When will 2011 postage prices increase?

Attention brides!  If you are mailing your invitations after April 17, be sure and review the new postage prices shown below.  While 1st class postage (up to 1 ounce) remains the same, heavier invitations will cost more to mail.    RSVP postcard postage prices will also increase 1 penny to .29 cents.

When will 2011 postage prices increase?

According to the Postal Regulatory Commission, US postage prices are scheduled to increase: Mid April, 2011.



The good news is that the first class stamps issued in 2011 will be “forever” stamps, so their value will not require extra postage over time, as they have in years past. In fact, the USPS just posted photos of the new stamps for 2011.…
