A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?

My name is Sydney Battersby and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer based out of Asheville, NC. I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Biology for Erskine College and am certified by the American Red Cross in CPR/First Aid/First Responder and as a lifeguard. I have experience with bodyweight, weight training, and endurance/aerobic training.I am passionate about helping others meet their goals. I have trained many individuals whose goals were weight loss and overall personal fitness and nutrition growth.

I offer several packages including a Bridal Bootcamp package that is tailored to your goals and will help you look your best on the biggest day of your life!
