71 Proof has provided bar catering services at some of Tallahassee's most talked about functions, including the annual Florida A&M University Homecoming celebration hosted by Parks & Crump, Attorney at Law, celebrity wedding receptions and the 2007 Wedding Party. We are preparing for the 4th Edition of our bartender training courses; the 18-member staff is comprised of professionally trained bartenders and experienced bar backs who work on 'on-call' basis. 71 Proof specializes in the development of custom cocktail recipes and has done so for numerous organizations, including Golden Gatherings, a local wedding and event planning company; spirits companies and many engaged couples.
Fully committed to responsible beverage service, LaTanya actively participates in the Tallahassee Concerned Vendor’s Initiative, a subcommittee of the Tallahassee's chapter of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Hospitality and Beverage Institute, a company based in Florida’s capital city that is also committed to the responsible sale and service of beverage alcohol.
