A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?

I am the Catering Director at Cafe Boulud at The Brazilian Court Hotel and Beach Club in Palm Beach. We offer an intimate, tropical, luxury location for destination weddings and local brides and grooms. Many of our brides and groom have discriminating tastes and appreciate the fine food and service offered at a Daniel Boulud restaurant paired with the discreet ambiance of an elegant Palm Beach boutique hotel and the sophistication of our on site Frederic Fekkai Salon. I can offer insight into the latest and most elegant food and wine, destination wedding, and intimate wedding trends. As a venue holding a maxium of 120 guests for a wedding, we also host a number of second weddings. I can also offer practical advice on making second weddings special and unique.
