Ruffle Tier

This fabric alternates between green and purple taffeta. We used these colors to show how versatile the design can be. There are bustles toward the end of the chairback and they are capped with purple taffeta. In the middle of this design is an accented belt of the opposing main color of your choice OR choice of embellishments to use. On the opposite side of the chairback is the same solid green taffeta.
