Custom dessert magic! Spherified peach puree with Grande Marnier encapsulated in vanilla cream on lemon pound cake and apple smoked strawberry "bacon", topped with champagne sabayon and strawberry powder. Looks like eggs benidict, tastes like peaches and cream!
