WedSafe Giveaway Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

2. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND DECISIONS, CONSENT TO USE AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. By entering this giveaway, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all giveaway rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the giveaway. Participation in this giveaway constitutes participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of WedSafe, its parents, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respect. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless WedSafe and its parents, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, (a) unauthorized huma n intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (d) personal injury, death, and property damage; and (e) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, participants fully and unconditionally release all claims for consideration, copyright infringement and all other claims of any nature relating to the use of their entry, name or likeness.

3. ELIGIBILITY. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older. Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request. Employees, agents, independent dealers and affiliates of WedSafe and its agents, affiliates and immediate family members of all such persons, are not eligible to participate in this giveaway. WedSafe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this giveaway at any time for any reason. WedSafe further reserves the right to amend these giveaway rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. WedSafe reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules or infringement of the rights of a third-party.

4. TO ENTER.This giveaway will run between 12:00 a.m. EST April 1, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. EST March 31, 2012. To enter this giveaway, participants are asked to submit their email address at http://www.bridaltweet.com/page/enter-to-win-200-and-protect  during the time period that this giveaway is running.  Please only one entry per person and e-mail address. By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Persons submitting entries under false pretenses will be disqualified.  BridalTweet and WedSafe are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind.  BridalTweet and WedSafe are not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail sent by participant or BridalTweet or WedSafe.

5. PRIZES. There will one (1) potential winner randomly drawn from all Eligible Entries on or about the week of March 1, 2011. The winner will receive one (1) American Express gift card worth two-hundred dollars ($200.00), which must be used subject its standard terms and conditions. WedSafe will send the gift card to the winner, via its choice of mail carrier, within thirty (30) days of the date the winner accepts the prize in accordance with these Official Rules.

The approximate retail value of each prize is $200.00 and odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. For example, if WedSafe receives 1,000 Eligible Entries, your chances of winning will be 1 in 1,000.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes not listed above. All decisions of the judges of this giveaway are final, binding and non-negotiable. No prize may be transferred or substituted.

6. IDENTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. WedSafe will notify the potential winners email address at the information on file for the winner on or about the week of March 1, 2011. If unable to make contact with the winner within ten (10) days after WedSafe’s first attempts to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the winner forfeits the prize. To accept and receive the prize, the winner must sign and return to WedSafe a copy of these Official Rules, a form provided by WedSafe releasing WedSafe and BridalTweet from all claims, and a completed W-9 form no later than January 15, 2012.

7. MISCELLANEOUS. By entering this giveaway, participants consent to WedSafe’s use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. BECAUSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS WILL BE COLLECTED BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REVIEW BridalTweet and WedSafe’s Privacy Policy.  By entering this giveaway, participant authorizes BridalTweet and WedSafe to contact participant for commercial purposes via fax, telephone, or e-mail address listed on the participant’s registration form. There will be no use of participants name or other personal information for future commercial purposes except as in accordance with BridalTweet and WedSafe’s privacy policy. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.

8. Employees of Aon, (or any of its divisions or affiliates), and their immediate families are not eligible.  The WedSafe® wedding and private event insurance program is brokered and administered through Affinity Insurance Services, Inc. (an Aon Company) in all states except: AIS Affinity Insurance Agency in NY and AIS Affinity Insurance Agency, Inc. in MN, OK and CA (License #0795465). WedSafe® s a registered service mark of Affinity Insurance Services, Inc. The information contained here is for illustrative purposes only and coverage is expressly subject to the conditions, restrictions, limitations, exclusions and terms of the policy documentation issued by the insurer.  Availability of this program is subject to each state’s approval.  This program is underwritten by Markel American Insurance Company.

AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE

I am a legal resident of the United States and am 18 years of age or older.

I represent that (a) I unconditionally agree to and accept the Official Rules of the WedSafe’s Giveaway, (b) I have complied with the Official Rules, and (c) I have perpetrated no fraud or deception in entering the Giveaway or in claiming any prize.

I agree to release and hold harmless WedSafe, BridalTweet, its related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out my of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to any injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from my participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.

I hereby authorize WedSafe and BridalTweet to use my name for such purposes as it chooses, including, but not limited to, company publications, whether circulated to employees of the company or to others, training presentations, advertising, promotions and other trade or business uses. This authorization extends to all media including but not limited to print, video, and electronic media.

I release WedSafe and BridalTweet from all claims for consideration and all other claims of any nature related to the use of my name or likeness for such purposes.
