A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
I am a Personal and Event Chef located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Each meal prepared for my clients springs from my passion and love of cooking. When I am contacted by someone interested in daily, weekly, monthly or event service, I design a menu around their wants and their needs. I design their menu to be their experience and that menu never gets reused for another client. The difference between a caterer and an event chef is a event chef prepares the meal live and onsite, where a caterer brings the food to the location. Everything I do is live and made their in the comfort of your home. I can prepare food for 1 person to 999 people. I give a price quote based on the product cost and the service. My prices may vary depending on what the client would like prepared, whether it is a holiday or not, and if I have a promotion running. Service is secured upon receipt of your deposit which is 50% of the total cost plus food. The average cost of one family meal prepared for a weekly client is $45-$60 depending on your food selection. Organic and hormone free products will typically cost more. Compare this with the cost of eating out and you come out ahead.
