The wedding market is getting tough for photographers but the uncle Bobs are stealing the low hanging fruit and not the weddings where the bride and groom understand its not so much a camera that makes someone a photographer but a persons eye on how to take a photo and edit it. A portfolio, Web presence and SEO makes a good photographer stand out. These links will certainly help with SEO. market is also getting saturated with dj's and planners.

I've received a couple emails saying that I'm not in the same region as another vendor so they are not interested in linking. The purpose of linking websites is to improve your sites Search Engine Optimization by linking to other vendors in the same industry to improve your sites Google ranking. I've done this and a couple other tweaks on my site and I've gone from page 22 to page 4 when someone searches for a photographer in my region.

Boy, I think that photographers are the most desperate vendors for business. With digital underway in today's times and O.K. quality cameras now at Walmart for just $600, "Uncle Bob" and "Aunt Linda" are able to shoot their hearts out with quality acceptable to them.  They have no idea about perfect editing or strategic posing.

We have used Bridal Tweet with both our sites to really enhance our linkage. We will return links with anyone on BOTH our sites so you will get 2 listings.

I have found that many sites have a contact link. It takes time for you to just send an email (or a comment on their contact form). We try to make it easy. If you are logged into Yahoo or Gmail to your account and you click our EMAIL button, your Gmail acct. will autimatically put our email address into your to: address.

Very easy.
