I have a client that wants a buffet, but doesn't like the look of chafing dishes. Can anyone think of any other options for keeping food warm? I can't!

You could use ceramic chafing dishes or you can work with their floral designer to use florals as a screen for the dishes, if it really bugs her. Hope that helps! :)
