Event must take place within 12 months of winning the Contest. Only one entry per person.
Event design and planning services include but are not limited to:
• Initial meeting to determine event style, budget, details and needs
• Budget analysis and management
• Timeline to event and monthly updates
• Vendor and venue research
• Scheduling vendor meeting and assisting with selections
• Review vendor contracts
• Maintain regular contact and communications with vendors
• Menu and beverage recommendations
• Invitation wording and guidance
• Complete event design
• Rehearsal assistance
• Complete orchestration of entire event/party/ceremony/reception
• Assistance with transportation arrangements
• Accommodation arrangements
• Guest list management and seating arrangements
• Day of coordination, set-up and strike
• One fully trained coordinators on site for event day management
• Design and distribute day-of itinerary to on-site vendors and other specific individuals
• Assistance with placement and management of various event details (ie: decor, guest book, floral, favors, menu cards, table and escort cards, gifts, etc.)
Gather and return to designated individual items to be returned to host (not responsible for items missing or broken).
