I'm sure many of us vendors are married..if those of us that are, would have 1 piece of advice to give to a bride and/or her groom, pertaining to either the planning, or the actual wedding day, what would it be?
My advice would be: plan the way that YOU want your wedding day to go. Don't plan it to the specifications of countless others...it's your wedding day, you have to love everything about it. Stay steadfast and strong in your convictions of how you want something to run..don't give in just because someone else has another idea. For the day of: RELAX! You'll be in such a frenzy with getting ready, making sure the reception is set up perfectly, making sure your B-maids have everything they need..this is YOUR day..RELAX, have fun, enjoy it. You'll never have another day like this one so let everyone else around you look after the details and trust in them that they will get everything done, that needs to be done.
Most of all: HAVE FUN!
