The challenges of starting your own business

Well I'd like to start a discussion about the challenges you may have encountered when "starting your own business":

I have been going through much trouble and yet I do believe in it, so I know that the most important thing beside getting organized, working nights and days, networking, learning many new software, social media networking and more, at least we are doing it for ourselves and we are doing what we like hoping for the best to happen!

However we do encounter many barriers, push back, up and downs, sharks on the internet...So, whoever wants to start that discussion, I think we will all have something interested to talk about....In the end what really make us keep going and walk all over the trouble? ....
