Yvonne (EventSpiration) - I just visited and liked your page. Here's something odd. I posted a comment, but it didn't show up. So....I posted a second time thinking I had hit a wrong key. Still nothing. So, I don't know if you will see one or two posts from me if they decide to show up at a later time. :o) Curious....very curious indeed...

Hey everyone - I just found a sort "glitch" with Facebook business page likes. I figured out that if someone likes your page when they are signed in as their own business page - the person's "like" number does not increase. It only counts the "likes" by individuals, at least publicly. When you log in and manage your account there's a section that shows you how many likes you have from individuals and from businesses, but when you are marketing and promoting yourself, no one but you will have that information. So, when asking people to "like" your page, also ask them to do so from their personal facebook accounts for it to count publicly for you. I'm going to go back and re-like the people whose pages I have liked so far so you get the public like from me. Hope this helps you out a little bit!
Hi everyone! I'd love to get some more "Likes" for my Facebook fan page. I'm also looking to partner up with someone for a contest or giveaway to get more Likes and views if anyone is interested. We can work out the details but if someone has a product for a giveaway (maybe a new product you're trying to promote too) we could promote it with an ad on my blog (in the left or right column so it's near the top) plus blog posts, and posts on the FB fan page, promotion on Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus, and articles I can write and post in my column. Just a thought. Let me know!
