Is it hard to design wedding dresses?

Thinking of designing elegant wedding dresses and make money off of it. Am wondering is this a good idea or not, or is it even possible to make and sell at least 5 dresses a month. I've been unemployed for too long & job interviews never go well, just had an interview yesterday & call bck today they chose someone else. So I was just trying to do something so I can at least survive. I know how to sew but never did any outfits or dresses, I was wondering with a bit reading books on haute couture designing that I could maybe catch on, so is it possible. Honest answers even if I don't like it.
