I am a Pittsburgh wedding consultant and I will be participating in a wedding vendor show in January. I am thinking about using a damask black and white patterned table cloth with a pink runner and a floral centerpiece. I want to drape cloth along the back of the booth and use some uplights. Any advice about how to separate myself from all of the other wedding planners is much appreciated. Any helpful hints on how to sell myself is also very welcome. Thanks!

I'm not sure if you've thought of it already, but I'd suggest displaying photos of past weddings you've helped your clients with. It would look impressive for potential clients if you display different kinds of wedding events you've had, e.g. garden wedding, destination wedding, etc., because it would give them confidence that you've done events similar to what they had in mind for their weddings. Some brides are also clueless to what to do and prepare for their weddings (that's why they're going to wedding shows), so I'd also suggest to maybe print out a simplified process of what they'll be getting if they work with you. :)
Just my one cent. :D
