Wedding pros, why don't you delegate?

When you're a small shop, every pair of hands expands your business.  So, why don't we delegate more often.  Fear of poor product?  Disguised aggrogance?  Deep insecurity?  What is it?  And, if you could wave a magic wand, what about delegating would you instantly make easier? This should be fun....
