Testimonials and Facebook likes?

What is the best way to ask clients to write a testimonial and to like our facebook page. I have a lot of clients that worked with in the past but have a hard time asking them for this. Your comments will be much appreciated.

Hi, Okasana. I think facebook is the best way to invite your friends and ask for testimonials and like the page. Always i see such kind of message when open my account. Lots of people invite me to like their page.
