Slide show ideas for weddings

Hello, I'm just wondering if you all have some ideas for wedding slideshows to be played during reception?

I attended a friend's wedding in Singapore last year, and saw the montage she showed on the banquet reception, and it left a deep impression on me.

It was something like a cartoon that relates to their love story. What I was more impressed was that the cartoon character looked so much like them, and cuter. :)

Now I'm planning my wedding, I wanted something special too.

Has anyone seen something like this before?

This is something that a wedding photographer could put together for you. If you are planning to have a wedding photographer for your wedding, and this is something that you want to do, you could inform the photographers that you are considering about this request, and you will find that they will either be able to put this together for you, or they can put you in touch with someone who can put this together for you.

I am a wedding photographer myself and I have put together slideshows using photos that I have taken, and also collections of photos that were given to me by clients to put together for a slideshow during their wedding reception, so if I have come across this myself as a wedding photographer, then I am certain that you will be able to have a photographer you consider for your wedding help you with this too.

I hope that this helps... and I agree with you, these slideshows are such a great idea... especially during the cocktail hour because it makes for good conversation for your guests, keeps them entertained, and it also breaks the ice for your guests who dont know each other well and know what to talk about since photos playing in a slideshow gets anyone talking... so its always a great idea to do this in my opinion, and your photographer would be the one to get this set up for you.
