Requesting info

How do you handle a situation where a bride requests information from you and lets you know that everything is okay but at the same time contacts another vendor she also asked you to contact?

That vendor has sent her the same information I have given her. I have been running around asking quotations, scouting wedding locations for her at her request and now this.

I asked her to be clear with me because I have already done some things for her.

Advice anyone?
