We know that your wedding day is the most important day of your life. You want every detail to be perfect, but by insisting on that perfection, you put a lot of stress on yourself. Eventually all that stress will build up, and it must have a way out: either yell at your friends, family, and the people you have hired to help you or learn to take the stress in steps and relax between. Here are a few of my favorites:
~Take a bubble bath with nicely scented candles and a good book.
~Go out to eat with your beloved (no wedding talk allowed)
~Watch a movie with friends (the dumber the humor the better)
~Have a girls' night out (again no wedding talk allowed)
~Go for a walk, a run, or get out that work out DVD that you hid in the back of the entertainment center.
~Ask for help, there is nothing like being able to have someone take a task off your to do list to make the stress level fall.
What is your favorite tip to beat the stress of planning for a wedding?
