Looking for an artist

I have a client who will be having bamboo accents at her wedding reception. To tie in with the cake, I am looking for an artist who works in either paper mache or plaster to create a single bamboo monogram in an upper case, cursive M. The monogram should be painted to closely resemble cut bamboo.
