Licensing Music for wedding videos - for videographers

I would like to hear from wedding videographers around the world and ask them how they deal with the thorny issue of music copyright. I hear that Brides, and Grooms for that matter, often ask for their favourite song to be included in their wedding video. Assuming that you all do it legally, I'd like to ask you some questions about this and I'd be grateful for your input into the discussion.

1) How much do you pay for the licensing of famous songs that are special to the couple

2) How much do you pay for the licensing of songs that are not famous but work well for weddings.

3) How often have you used a specially written song about the couple.

4) How much have you paid or would you expect to pay for a custom written song.

5) If you could get a custom written song for not much more money than the other options, how often do you think that you would use it.
