I have done so very sparingly in the past but its not been particularly helpful for me (2.00/lead that I select) off of wedplan.
Thus far nothing from it. But its probably dependent on the area you're in. :)
I'm pretty new, but have paid on a few sites. One was expensive and never amounted to even a call back. I cancelled that. The other, Eventective has a refund policy if you do not receive contact so that makes it very attractive. Nothing solid from them yet, but am in the process of negotiating one.
