Is there an association that gives liscensed to a wedding planner?

I am a registered wedding planner from the Bohol, Philippines. Just had successfully completed the two days wedding planning seminar. Just want to know if there is an organization internationally who gives licenses to a wedding planner? or by which i can be a member of an organization that guides those wedding planner to become successful in his/her chosen field.I'm pretty sure this maybe had a corresponding fee.
