Do you consider internet advertising successful if it generates increased traffic to your site regardless of if that traffic leads to bookings/sales.

 

Or, do you only consider the advertising successful if it leads to a certain number of bookings/sales.

I only consider it successful if it leads to INQUIRIES. Once they contact us, the internet marketing has done its job. However at that point any number of factors can determine whether or not you book the job. But I absolutely do NOT consider increased traffic to be a successful result. Only actual inquiries.
