How about this printed dress for holiday? Expensive?

When i google printed dress, i found this one: http://www.edressit.com/_p4039.html It has floral fabric. In the same site, i can see three types dresses with this fabric. Two of them are sold $12.99, the other one is $149.99.
This is my first time shopping printed dress, is this price tag expensive for the tea length one?
