Converting Enquiries

Hi, I currently trying to set up my business to become a wedding planner in the UK, but am having difficulties turning enquiries into sales.
I get a lot of hits on my website and enquiries through wedding sites that I have signed up for eg wedding pages. I send an introductory email but receive nothing back.
Any ideas of how I can turn this into sales.
